Delta Rise is a 37 storey mixed use concrete tower on Scott Road in Delta.  The City was seeking an iconic structure to jump start the redevelopment of the Scott Road corridor.  The design team responded with a façade composed of undulating balcony forms that appear to change as the natural light conditions vary.
