This mixed-use urban village development will replace a vacant single storey 1970’s strip mall in Aldergrove.  The project is intended to act as a catalyst for future redevelopment in Aldergrove’s downtown core, and to add residential density to support existing businesses.  The project includes a four storey above-grade public parking structure, which will reduce a significant barrier to redevelopment for small downtown parcels.
