This 12 acre residential neighbourhood will replace an industrial site in west Abbotsford.  The site is adjacent to a large regional shopping centre and future transit hub.  The project includes 3 storey townhouses with roof decks and mid-rise apartments.  Careful consideration was given to phasing the project to allow the industrial uses to wind down gradually as the residential buildings are constructed.
