Rail District is a 16 acre master planned community at the north edge of downtown Abbotsford.  It will occupy the site of the historic Clayburn Brick plant, adjacent to an infrequent-use rail line.  A small mixed-use node terminates the commercial district on Montrose Avenue, and transitions to residential development in the form of 3 storey townhouses and mid-rise apartments.
