This residential project is located on the shore of Osoyoos Lake in the vacation community of Osoyoos, BC.  To provide lake views for most residents, the project’s massing steps up gradually from the lake, from 2-storey lakefront single family units, to 3-storey townhouses with roof decks, and a 6-storey single loaded apartment building.  The project’s colour palette complements the surrounding desert hillside.
